Across 8 focused lessons, you’ll build a strong foundation in Biology Units 1–5—moving from chemistry of life through cells, cellular energetics, and cell cycle.


  • Lesson 1 - Hypothesis, Theory and Scientific Laws (Unit 1, Nature of Science / SC.912.N.3.4)

    • The EOC constantly tries to trick students into thinking a theory "grows up" to become a law. This session sets the tone for the course by breaking down that exact misconception.

  • Lesson 2 - Macromolecules (Proteins & Nucleic Acids) (Unit 2, Chemistry of Life / SC.912.L.18.1)

    • Instead of letting students get bogged down in memorizing specific replication enzyme names, this live session focuses entirely on the central dogma flowchart and actively practicing reading protein charts together.

  • Lesson 3 - Factors Affecting Enzymes (Unit 2, Chemistry of Life / SC.912.L.18.11)

    • Enzymes are guaranteed to show up as graphs. You will use this session to put pH and temperature graphs on the screen and walk them through exactly how to spot denaturation.

  • Lesson 4 - Cell Membrane and Passive Transport (Unit 3, Cell Theory/ SC.912.L.14.2)
